Cindy has been intensely involved in complex commercial real estate acquisition/sales and contract projects with large retail companies for two decades, two of which are publicly traded companies headquartered in San Antonio. She knows how critical the details are in commercial property transactions. How these transactions are negotiated, structured and managed makes a big impact on the company/investor’s bottom line. Cindy’s experience and know-how help the parties in a real estate transaction maximize profit and efficiency. Cindy has proven to be an engaging leader with the ability to organize, analyze, and innovate to lead teams to project success.
